Create topics based on the issues

  1. Topic name - "IR no." - "Issue No.", e.g. IR042 - 001

  2. Tag the topic with supposed area and flat type, e.g. T1 Low Zone, Flat A M Bath

  3. Set relevant users to be organizers so that those users would have the edit rights

  4. Add description and images

Add actions in topics

  1. Go to a topic page

  2. Click "Add Related Actions"

  3. Select "Create a New Action"

  4. Input relevant action title, due date, lead and priority

  5. "Save"

  6. Enter the action page and set relevant users to be organizers so that those users would have the edit rights

Remind leads to complete actions

  1. Go to "Table View"

  2. Select "Actions"

  3. Select group "Kai Tak 6551"

  4. Select relevant leads

  5. Select relevant actions

  6. Click on "Send Whatsapp Messages" or "Send Emails"

  7. Select recipients

  8. "Send"

Complete an action

  1. Click on the action link

  2. Tips: you can check the relevant issue topic by clicking on the "Related Topic"

  3. Input relevant information or files

  4. [Optional] Notify relevant people by tagging users in comment box "@xxx"

  5. [Optional] Click "Complete action" and input a completion date
