These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PlanMeetDone.com (“Service”) made by Strategic Building Innovation (“SBI”, “we”, “our”, etc.) as well as any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, audio, videos, sounds, links, and other content or materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on our application.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. You agree that, by accessing and using the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy at any time. We will alert you on changes made to these Terms of Use as required. It is your responsibility to periodically review these changes.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms, do not access and discontinue use of our Service.
1. User Account Registration
PlanMeetDone.com requires you to be registered in order for you to use its services.
When registering for your account:
1.1. All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must maintain the accuracy of any information and update registration information as necessary;
1.2. Your account must be registered by a human;
1.3. You must be at least 13 years of age to access PlanMeetDone.com;
1.4. You are responsible for your password and any activities under your account. If you are aware of any breach of security, notify us immediately.
We reserve the right, in our discretion, to remove, reclaim, or change a username If we determine that username is deemed inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2. User Generated Content
PlanMeetDone.com allows you to view and share text, images, videos, audio, files, or other material (“Content”) generated from you and other members within/outside your organization.
When submitting Content to this Service, you represent that:
2.1. You created or own the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use said Content. You authorize PlanMeetDone.com to use your Content in any manner as stated in the Privacy Policy.
2.2. Your Content does not infringe on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
2.3. Your Content is not obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
2.4. Your Content does not ridicule, mock, harass, or intimidate anyone.
3. Guest User Access
As a subscriber, you may invite guests to participate in any of your meetings within our Services. Guests will have functionality limited within the PlanMeetDone.com meetings you share and may contribute Content towards these meetings. Any Content submitted by your guests falls under your responsibility and will be subject to these terms under your account.
4. Prohibited Activities
PlanMeetDone.com provides a venue to enable you to collaborate with others. You agree to use these services as they were intended.
As a user of PlanMeetDone.com, you agree not to do the following:
4.1. Use this Service to defame, abuse, harass, threaten, or violate legal rights of others;
4.2. Use this Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes that will violate any state and federal laws, rules, and regulations;
4.3. Publish, post, or upload any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information;
4.4. Use any material or information, including images or photographs which are made available through the Service in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party;
4.5. Performing automated methods through any means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
4.6. Performing any interference or disruptions to the Service, or servers or networks connected to the Service, by including, but not limited to, uploading corrupted files, spyware, malware, or any similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another computer or property of the Service itself.
5. General Conditions
5.1. You agree to only use the Service as it is intended and that any Content submitted to PlanMeetDone.com represented in these Terms.
5.2. You hereby authorize us, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity and account information.
5.3. We may remove, edit, block, and/or monitor Content or accounts containing Content that violates these terms.
5.4. To facilitate any support you may request from our team,we may need to access your account by Us in order to diagnose a problem. We will not access your account unless it is necessary to do so.
5.5. You agree that you are responsible for all data charges you incur through the use of the Service.
5.6. You will be sent any notifications, messages, or alerts as a part of normal business operations of your use of PlanMeetDone.com. You may choose to opt-out of these messages at any time by changing your notification settings within the Service. You acknowledge that opting out of these messages may impact your use of the Services.
6. Your Rights
6.1. User Generated Content: We claim no ownership rights on any Content submitted or created exclusively by you.
These Terms do not grant any licenses or rights to your Content except for the limited rights needed to provide our Service to you.
6.2. Alerts and Notifications: As part of the Services we provide, you may receive text messages, alerts, emails, or other types of messages (“Notifications”) sent to you.
You have control of any of these Notifications and may opt-out at any time, with the exception of important service, administrative, or billing messages.
6.3. Service Downtime: PlanMeetDone.com may occasionally encounter a service interruption due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades or repairs, unscheduled downtime, system and server failures, or failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment. As such, we are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services, or the loss of any Content.
6.4. PlanMeetDone.com: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use this Service solely for its intended purposes. You agree to not use this Service for any other purpose. This license can be revoked at any time. This license is subject to these Terms.
7. Billing Procedures
7. 1. Free Trial: PlanMeetDone.com may offer limited, free access to its Services for evaluation and testing.
7.2. Paid Versions: PlanMeetDone.com offers a variety of premium versions. All versions include full meeting functionality. Large- scale accounts include additional features such as custom domains and special administrative functions.
7.3. Billing Cycle: Accounts are billed monthly, in advance, without prorating. You may cancel your account at any time. Account cancellations become effective at the close of the current billing cycle.

PLANMEETDONE.COM IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SUITABILITY OR AVAILABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SERVICE FOR ANY PURPOSE. ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON SUCH INFORMATION IS THEREFORE STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL INFORMATION AND DATA MAY BE SUBJECT TO AMENDMENT AND UPDATING WITHOUT NOTICE
THROUGH THIS SERVICE, YOU ARE ABLE TO LINK TO OTHER WEBSITES WHICH ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF PLANMEETDONE.COM. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE NATURE, CONTENT AND AVAILABILITY OF THOSE SITES. THE INCLUSION OF ANY LINKS DOES NOT NECESSARILY IMPLY A RECOMMENDATION OR ENDORSE THE VIEWS EXPRESSED WITHIN THEM.
9. Limitation of Liability
EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO KEEP THE SERVICE UP AND RUNNING SMOOTHLY. HOWEVER, PLANMEETDONE.COM TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, THE SERVICE BEING TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ALTHOUGH WE PERFORM ROUTINE BACKUPS OF DATA, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DATA THAT YOU TRANSMIT OR ANY ACTIVITY YOU HAVE UNDERTAKEN USING THIS SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS, INCLUDING SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, OR LOSS INCURRED FROM USAGE OF THIS SERVICE AND/OR BREACH OF THE TERMS OF USE.
11. Termination
If we find you are in violation of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time without liability to you. You will no longer be able to access any Content and all other data on PlanMeetDone.com through your account.
Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
