Adding PlanMeetDone.com to Zoom
1.) How to connect Zoom to PMD
a.) Connecting Zoom to PMD through your Profile
​i.) Main Menu → Profile
ii.) Under integration, click on ‘Log in’ for Zoom integration
iii.) Log in with your credentials
b.) Connecting Zoom to PMD through a PMD meeting
​i.) In a PMD meeting, click on the edit button next to Web Conference
ii.) In the Web Conference Link pop up, click on ‘Log In Zoom Account’
iii.) Log in with your credentials
2.) From the marketplace
a.) From the Marketplace Search, search for “PlanMeetDone.com”
​i.) i.Click the Add button
Usage
1.) Create a Zoom Meeting from a PMD meeting​
a.) After logging in through your PMD profile or a PMD meeting, click on the ‘edit’ button next to ‘Web Conference’ from the PMD meeting details
b.) On the Web Conference Link pop up, click on “Create Zoom meeting” to create a new Zoom meeting.
i.) Note: The Zoom Meeting title and date/time is initially set the same as the PMD Meeting title and date/time
2.) Link an existing Zoom Meeting to a PMD meeting​
a.) After logging in through your PMD profile or a PMD meeting, click on the ‘edit’ button next to ‘Web Conference’ from the PMD meeting details
b.) On the Web Conference Link pop up, a list of currently existing meetings will be displayed from your Zoom account.
c.) Select a Zoom meeting and press the “Confirm” button to link the Zoom meeting url to the PMD meeting.
Removal Method
1.) Removing Zoom connection with PMD through Zoom Marketplace​
a.) Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
b.) Click Manage → Added Apps or search for PMD
c.) Click the “Remove” button
2.) Removing Zoom connection with PMD through PMD​
a.) Removing through PMD Profile
i.) Click Main Menu → Profile to access your user profile
ii.) Under Integration, click the ‘Sign Out’ button under Zoom
b.) Removing through PMD Meeting
i.) On any PMD meeting, click on the edit button next to Web Conference
ii.) Click “Sign Out From Zoom Account”.
